Utah Mutton Busting Championships

The Utah Days of ‘47 Rodeo is pleased to announce the inaugural Utah Mutton Busting Championships that will take place on July 19 at Utah State Fairpark. Up to 150 participants will take a ride on the wild side in hopes of being one of the top 40 to earn a spot to ride again during one of the rodeo performances July 22-26.

Always a crowd favorite, the mutton busting gives the younger kids an opportunity to “Get Their Cowboy On.” *NOTE: ALL MUTTON BUSTERS MUST BE UNDER 55 LBS AND BETWEEN THE AGES OF 3 AND 6 as of July 19. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Sign-ups will take place Saturday, June 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at one of the following C-A-L Ranch Stores:

• Bountiful, UT

• Layton, UT

• West Jordan, UT

• Tooele, UT

• Draper, UT

Cost to participate will be $50 per registration when using the coupon code CALRANCH on June 28. All proceeds from the event will be donated to Primary Children’s Hospital.
