Utah Days of ’47 Rodeo returns July 21-25, 2026
The Utah Days of ’47 Rodeo returns to the Utah State Fairpark July 21-25 for the only Gold Medal Rodeo in the World. Featuring just under 375 contestants battling it out in bareback riding, steer wrestling, team roping, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, breakaway roping, barrel racing and bull riding, this will be a must see and do summer activity with family and/or friends.
Come early for shopping, food and live music. Fun Zone opens at 5 p.m. daily with rodeo gates at 7 and rodeo action begins at 8 p.m. Complete with drone show and fireworks!

Mutton Busting
Always a crowd favorite, the mutton busting gives the younger kids an opportunity to “Get Their Cowboy On.” Information on 2026 entries available now. Sign-ups June 6-July 4, 2026
